Q:  How do I Send the picture I want placed on candle?

A:  The Photos Chosen For Candle Can Be Sent To [email protected] 24/7 ONLY after your order has been placed! Or you have an inquiry on the quality or condition of photo before you place your order. Order Number will be verified.

Please note CANNOT begin on your order until photo is SENT! Please include Name,date of purchase, and order number.

Q:  How will my candle look? Can you edit/change my photo?

A: For the BEST results for photo candles, you will need photos with the highest resolution. The quality, condition, and lighting of the photo all plays an major role on the outcome of your order! I Do not edit pictures.

A: I'm located in North Texas

 

Q: Can I get a refund?
